Public Expose PT Sekar Bumi Tbk (SKBM) was held on November 9, 2015 at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Mr. Harry Lukmito (President Director), Mr. Freddy Adam (Director), Mr. Gary Iyawan (Director), and Mr. Pahlawan Hari Tjahjono (Director) were present, Ms. Inge Indriana Satyawan (Director) and Ms. Titien Srimuljaningsih Hidayat (unaffiliated Director) were absent with apologies.

The Public Expose began with company profile presentation by Ms. Ivone Margaretha (Corporate Secretary), followed by presentation of the company’s Business Expansion Development Progress by Mr. Hartono Wijaya (Company Executive), and presentation on the Food Safety Management System by Mr. Pahlawan Hari Tjahjono (Production Director). After 30-minute presentation session by the Management, Public Expose continued with Question & Answer session.

Public Expose started at 02:45 PM and ended at 03:45 PM.

It is a precious opportunity in the 30th Trade Expo Indonesia 2015 as PT Sekar Bumi Tbk regain Primaniyarta for three consecutive years for the category “Extra Ordinary Performance” in which the President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, which are directly presented the trophy Primaniyarta to President Director of PT Sekar Bumi Tbk, Mr. Harry Lukmito.

Trade Expo Indonesia this time held on 21st – 25th October 2015 at the Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran, Jakarta, Indonesia and attended by more than two thousand companies with differentiated company in the field of Manufactured Goods and Services; Furniture and Home Decoration; Food, Beverages, Fishery and Agricultural Products; Premium Products; Premium Fashion, Lifestyles and Creative Products; and Garden Furniture, Knockdown House and Heavy Equipment (Outdoor / Open Space).

At this time PT Sekar Bumi Tbk under the auspices of the Department of Marine and Fisheries, East Java, Indonesia get a booth to booth could be again introduced products Vannamei raw shrimp and other value added seafood to the general public who visit the exhibition during the Trade Expo Indonesia. Moreover this is an opportunity for PT Sekar Bumi Tbk to meet with potential buyers from local and abroad in order to build new business relationships and that has also been running all along.

On Monday, December 15, 2014, a Joint Venture Signing Ceremony was held in Surabaya between PT Sekar Bumi Tbk., Seinan Kaihatsu Co., Ltd., and Nomura Trading Co., Ltd.

Joint Venture Agreement was signed by Mr. Harry Lukmito from PT Sekar Bumi Tbk, Mr. Fukurose Hiroshi from Seinan Kaihatsu Co., Ltd., and Mr. Tabata Shuhei from Nomura Trading Co., Ltd.

According to the Agreement, 51% percent of the shares will be owned by PT Sekar Bumi, Tbk., 30% percent of the shares will be owned by Seinan Kaihatsu Company Ltd., and 19% percent of the shares will be owned by Nomura Trading Co., Ltd.

The cooperation between these companies is to establish manufacturing and sales of retort fish sausage products.
