Oei Harry Lukmito
PRESIDENT DIRECTOR
Indonesian citizen, born in 1959. He attained his bachelor degree in Management Studies from Stamford College, Singapore in 1980. He joined Sekar Group since 1981 and was responsible for Frozen Food Division. He joined Sekar Bumi in 1990 and has been leading the Company since 1993 as the President Director. He is affiliated with Mr. Gary Iyawan, Director, Mr. Howard Ken Lukmito, Director, with Ms. Finna Huang, President Commissioner, and is the president director of PT Multi Karya Sejati (controlling shareholder of the Company).
He is currently sitting as Chairman of Supervisory Board for Indonesia Fishery Product Processing & Marketing Association (2015-2020), and Head of Permanent Committee of Product Competitiveness Strengthening in the Indonesia Chamber of Commerce & Industry (2021-2026).
Howard Ken Lukmito
VICE PRESIDENT
Indonesian citizen, born in 1989. He received his bachelor degree in Accounting, minoring in Finance from Bentley University, USA. Then, he continued his studies and took MBA, majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University, USA, and MSc (honors) in Management Studies, majoring in Operations and Supply Chain Management from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, USA. He joined the Company in 2013, and since November 2016, he has been serving as the Company’s Director. Prior to joining the Company, he worked at The Walt Disney Company, California, USA as Financial Analyst in 2010.
He is affiliated with Mr. Oei Harry Lukmito, President Director, Mr. Gary Iyawan, Director, and Ms. Finna Huang, President Commissioner, and with the controlling shareholders of the Company.
Freddy Adam
DIRECTOR
Indonesian citizen, born 1953. He graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University in Bandung in 1981 and also received his Master Degree in Management in 2001 from Jember University. In 1985, he started working in the Company as finance manager, and then as finance director since 2005.
Mr. Freddy Adam serves as the Company’s Finance Director leading finance, accounting, taxation, and information system department. He is not affiliated with other directors, board of commissioners, and controlling shareholder of the Company.
Gary Iyawan
DIRECTOR
Indonesian citizen, born in 1978. He graduated from Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia with a bachelor degree of Marketing & e-Commerce in 2001. He started his career in PT Pangan Lestari, Affiliated Company, in 2006. He joined the Company since 2011 as Operations Director.
He is affiliated with Mr. Oei Harry Lukmito, President Director, Mr. Howard Ken Lukmito, Director, Ms. Finna Huang, President Commissioner, and with other individual shareholders of PT Multi Karya Sejati (controlling shareholder of the Company).
Pahlawan Hari Tjahjono
DIRECTOR
Indonesian citizen, born 1964. He attained his bachelor degree in Agriculture, majoring in Agricultural Technology in 1988 from Brawijaya University, Malang. He started his career in the Company in 1989, then PT Bumifood Agro Industri, Subsidiary Company, in 2004, and since 2012, he has been serving as the Company’s Director.
He is not affiliated with other directors, board of commissioners, and controlling shareholder of the Company.
Ivone Margaretha
DIRECTOR
Indonesian citizen, born in 1990. She received her bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting, Banking & Finance from Victoria University (2010) and has passed level II of CFA program (2022). She has received corporate secretary training by LMKA and Tax Brevet A&B by PPA&K. Before joining the company in 2011, she worked as an associate at CAS & Associates, Malaysia (2009-2011).
She is not affiliated with the board of directors, board of commissioners, or controlling shareholder of the Company.
Mark Gerard Clay
DIRECTOR
A British citizen, born in 1966. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University (1989) and went on to become an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (1992) and an assessor for the test of professional competence for RICS applicants in Indonesia. His post graduate studies include a Diploma in Project Management and an MBA from Reading University, UK (2006).
Mark first came to Indonesia in 1995, where he has worked for Davis Langdon & Seah Indonesia (1995-1998), Stolt Comex/Komaritim (1998-1999), J.Ray McDermott (2002-2004) and PTTEP (2005-2006). In addition to Indonesia, he has worked in Singapore, Malaysia, China, India, Venezuela, Dubai, the Netherlands and the USA among others, with companies such as Bovis Lend Lease (1999-2002) and Saibos Akogep (2004-2005). Prior to joining the Sekar Group of companies he was the Senior Project Controls Specialist at Total E&P (2006-2015). On joining Sekar he served as president director of Bukit Welirang Indah (Finna Resort Redevelopment) (2016-2021) before becoming advisor to the shareholders. He is currently also the founder’s representative to the Harry Susilo Institute for Ethics in the Global Economy and the Project Director of the JWCC Asih hospital development. He was a founding partner of Clay Kusuma (1999), a private project development and management company in Indonesia and Singapore.
